Rest in peace Jevan Snead, one of the saddest college football stories out there.

It was a happy time, a simpler time, a more innocent era of SEC football.

Before the portal, before NIL.

I miss it.

I was in the stands for the game and I remember it being cold and me and a friend were sharing a flask of moonshine to stay warm.

I was there. Sat close to Dexter's Dad who said, they need to give the ball to my boy! We eventually did but too late

Nowadays there would have been a 5 minute TV timeout when Ole Miss took the TO before 4th down. Would have completely changed the atmosphere.

Back then they stayed in the action

What?? You think it was cold on Sept 29th in Columbia? You must have drank way too much. As someone that was also there, it was not cold in the least. Check on the gif, everyone is in shortsleeves.

I was at that game ... had some old friends from Olive Branch visit us at our Cockaboose before and after.

Mysteriously ... there were some hookers killed in Columbia that Friday and Saturday night.

0:54 in the video is when Sandstorm starts. I was a college sophomore at SC during this time. I remember being hungover as shite during my 8 am class the next day. Good times.
