I’ve been there for quite some time. I became indifferent during the Malian era. I got a bit excited today, but that quickly faded and here we are.

We gave that fricking game away. I’ll be back when we get rid of Hugh and he no longer leads our football team.

The good news is that it was much closer than I thought it would be.
The bad news is that even when we were up 21-10, I think most of us knew we would find a way to blow it, and there was zero surprise when Thorne thew the interception.

My final melt was last week. This game I just sat there watching exactly what I knew would happen. Called the short pass rushed kick before half and the pick 6 to lose it. So many poor decisions by Freeze (switching QBs inside red zone on 2nd series, timeout with 20 seconds before half, empty backfield on 3rd and 4 on pick 6 play) knowing that his QB is shite. Thorne got lucky multiple times prior to the pick 6 today. He probably should have had 3 picks with some of the poor decisions he made. The fact that after 5 years in college he has no situational awareness for clock management with an 11 point lead in the 4th quarter is a clear indicator that he just is not very intelligent. Dumb can be compensated for with athleticism and a winner mentality but he possesses neither. We are freaking screwed but at least we get a month off from watching them lose at home and wasting tons of money on tailgates. I never thought AU could fall to this level but we're here and it sure as hell is not turning around this year. War Eagle anyway!

I love Auburn. But at this point it’s an abusive relationship. They ask for money and take away our traditions every step of the way. Yet the product on the field gets shittier and shittier every year.

They really need to get away from rpo at this point. Let the players look to the sideline for the play. I think it's putting too much on the qbs at this. Until we get a good qb we are in trouble

I'm starting to think Thorne is playing selfish like he's trying to get to the NFL. He runs when he should hand it off. He trys to make the tight window throws when he should Check it down. He's playing for himself and not three team.

This is a killer, they actually reeled me in for 3 quarters and then found a way to lose. Losers find a way to lose and winners find a way to win.
