Let me say this up front. I hate Georgia football more than ANY other school. Period.
But I also understand that all college football programs have problems.
However, Georgia players seem to continue to get in trouble. And this morning we hear that Rara was charged with cruelty to children-family violence, a second-degree felony, and two misdemeanor counts of battery-family violence.

I think Kirby is a punk, absolute joke but what are they doing in Athens?

That 2nd degree cruelty to children charge carries 1 - 10 years with conviction.

Rara Thomas. Arguably their best wide receiver. Portal guy from Mississippi State.

Looks like a bad culture at Georgia right now, hopefully Kirby can get a handle on it.

Just kidding, I hope the whole team goes to jail and recruiting suffers. They are our biggest threat in the SEC. Kirby does need to get the players to realize they are not above the law, looks like they are not scared of jail.

Genuinely, they shouldn't be. The voters of Athens elected an incredibly unqualified DA who has no idea what she's doing, had most of her staff walk out as a result, and hasn't been able to hire anyone to replace them because her reputation is toxic.

You can pretty much add any title to the unqualified part. This is nothing new for Athens

If you remember Victoria Bowles, she had a lawsuit against uga after the fatal car wreck that Jalen Carter was involved with that a former player and a recruiting staffer was killed

Not sure if they settled it or not, but she claimed to have a lot of damning photos of players at Kirby’s home partying with some of the staff. But not heard anything thing else about it.

I think we need to pump the brakes a bit about throwing rocks at UGA's "glass house" because over the years, we've had some of our players do some really stupid stuff too.

I'm in no way justifying their players actions. I think they should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. HOWEVER, I think it's best if we keep our pie holes shut about this kind of stuff.

Man…I don’t know if you’ve paid attention to the number of infractions they’ve had and of the same nature after costing lives and of a violent nature.

It’s true that if you search far enough back in a 120 person team roster over the years you will find problems in any program. It becomes damning of the program when it’s repetitive over a short span of time. We’ve never had that issue

The issue with Kirby/UGA is that they don’t give a shite about character or personal development. It’s all about ball.

RaRa is from my hometown of Eufaula, Alabama and I truly don’t know what’s going on with him. He comes from a good family and I pray he can get it together. He really wanted that Alabama offer as did everyone in eufaula wanted him to be at Bama.

That's everyone that gets hired for political reasons or optics.

Look no further than the former Secret Service Director Kimberly who failed to have her team secure a rooftop less than 150 yards from the target.

I'm sure there wasn't a more qualified applicant, that would have maybe considered having that sniper position already occupied, much less not even have it secured. Lol

She also tried to keep her job instead of resigning immediately. Lololol

“Over the years” for other programs compared to “fast approaching 30 arrests in the last 18 months” is a HUGE difference!!
Kirby has a culture going on over there and it ain’t good!!

Hear that fellas? You have to be a woman to be concerned about a family violence charge

Also lol at the UGA fans coming in here and downvoting. Yall worried bout the wrong shite. Half your team getting arrested and your “golden boy” Stetson couldn’t even make it through his rookie year without checking himself into rehab.

Might have to rename the Fulmer Cup to the Kirby Cup if y’all keep this up. But if you bark loud enough maybe it’ll all go away.

So you have to be a woman to care about kids and women getting beat? Interesting take. Duly noted.

These legit facts are way beyond nitpicking jaded fan trolling. Georgia has a serious culture issue from the top down that is resonating to their players between legal issues and their abysmal graduation record. Doubt Kirby cares or it wouldn't have gotten this bad. Seems more like Urban than Nick unfortunately. You can win and attempt to help kids elevate themselves. Sadly Kirby only cares about the first.
