Watching UT vs ULL at College Station, stadium is nearly empty.
Couple hours drive from Austin to College Station and they might have 2-300 fans if that much.
fricking pitiful.

LSU would have a couple thousand fans at College Station.

Earlier today I watched a couple innings of the Florida/Nebraska game at the Stillwater regional (Fla won 5-2) and from what I could tell both of Florida's baseball fans were at the game.

Aggies who bought regional ticket books may not have sold their tickets to the Texas-ULaf game to keep Texas fans from buying them. Looks like Texas has fans in tickets provided by NCAA but that is it.

I know guys here like to dog the Cajuns but their baseball fans do travel well.

Looks like A&M fans cheering for ULaf doesn’t look like alot of ULaf fans either.

Could be.

Moose out front should have told you.

I'll still take them in the conference over the other Texas school

They’re all busy getting prepared for pride month.

I said it before and will say it again. College baseball should move to wood bats. Would make regionals, CWS more entertaining.

To be fair to Florida fans, I made it down to Gainesville for the opening series of SEC play. That crowd was mostly old ladies on oxygen with foul mouths. I doubt they can actually travel.

When I went to Omaha to see A&M/Texas in 2022 there were way more A&M fans than Texas fans. Texas only had fans behind the dugout. It was very odd considering they have been to Omaha more than anybody

Wait. Just one? Or both schools? It’s an honest question.

I think you answered your own question..
right or wrong, it isn’t as special when you have been 37 times before.. and if you are going to go, the 2nd weekend is the better weekend to attend..
But the other reason.. we had a decent team, but 2 and Q was the likely outcome.. I would suspect that we had a lot more fans there the year before when we had a great team and a legit shot to win it all..

That was the pinnacle of A&M sports for anybody under the age of 95, of course y'all had more people there.
