I'm biased, but I've got to say that the Browns have gotten a pretty good ROI for Myles Garrett. However, I'm open to debate.

Peyton Manning for the Colts is a strong contender.

Worst is Bo Jackson for Tampa Bay.

Sam Bowie - Portland is by far the worst.. even though that isn't the NFL.

I hate to say it, but nobody had an impact like Joe Burrow

No way. It would be a qb. Peyton, Cam, Eli, Stafford, Burrow all ahead of him.

Cam Newton is up there for the worst.

Von should have been #1 and made him pay for it

LeBron James

He's the best #1 pick in any sport all time ever.

I am getting older, so I may be the only one that remembers Aundray Bruce from Auburn as the biggest #1 overall bust.

He did stay in the league for awhile, but never made a pro bowl and never really produced much. The Falcons passed on multiple future hall of famers including Tim Brown, Michael Irvin, and Randall McDaniel to make that selection.

JaMarcus Russell stole all his thunder years later

Best overall probably goes to Peyton, Smith or Elway.
