The blue sweater with the A makes me think it’s the Atlanta Braves. I know it’s not, but I guess it’s typical to have confusion when you go and steal another entity’s logo and try to pretend it’s original.

How does this myth continue to exist?

Alabama was using the script A by 1958. When the Braves were still in Milwaukee.
