They would be worse if they didn’t cheat.

Your stupidity didn’t age well… Fed judge ruled they haven’t. Up to a court to decide. Besides the fact that Blow you has historically been among the worst cheaters ever. Switzer, Bosworth, et al for reference. Lol…ignorant about your own school, that’s sad.

Que?
Tennessee doesn’t cheat. Jeremy Pruitt cheated. And his cheating was insubstantial at best.
TAMU cheated but made a terrible error with Jimbo that rendered it a waste of money. Look more to UGA and Bama straight buying players level cheating. UGA was doing substantial cheating to Pruitts inconsequential cheating. Buying Mimms instead of paying for a visit for example.
Now everyone can benefit from NIL offers in all phases of the process we can see parity in recruiting. UGA wants to over an Oline guy 750,000 and a car? Spyre can see potential profits for its clients and get him 1,000,000 and he can buy his own car. Kentucky wants to build an NBA roster? Everyone can offer via brokers to cherry pick the best fit.
Collectives are just the bank, you need brokers prepared to match money to talent to compete.

You should have to take a test before you post anything.

So how did A&M cheat?
I’ll give you the floor. The door is open to explain your theory.

You do realize that OU and A&M basically have the same number of football probations historically... but they differ in the number of championships that they have acquired.
Ya'll don't ever seem to get your monies worth on your cheating.

Two things that most seem to be missing. First, the judge did not make a final ruling. He just issued a stay until there is a final ruling. Second, this lawsuit is about whether NIL can be used for recruiting. It is pretty limited in scope. It doesn’t strip the NCAA of all rule making ability. Neither does it strip them of the ability to enforce rules.
The reason that the NCAA is sniffing around Tennessee is because of comments made about NIL. But in addition to using NiL for recruiting, there is also the issue of boosters providing illegal benefits outside of NIL, which is still against the rules.

Your little butt buddy Georgia (under the guise as the NCAA) is sniffing around us because they want to take Nico out.
There will be no case. This would violate the Sherman Act.
Meanwhile, enjoy the decline.

So you think Caleb Williams (whom is obviously full of integrity) went to oklahoma for nothing but pure football reasons?

Not if you have Pruitt as your Coach. Coach Heupel has done more with less. After having 40+ players leave before He got started. Plus having 25 scholarship reduction. You’re go see in couple years that Tennessee will be on Top.

Oh so now you guys are bad boys like Tennessee and A&M?
Go back to church baw! You guys are as straight edge as they come. I can’t stop cracking up at the stuff you guys come up with. Nothing but triggered Boy Scouts.

Please.... pretty please with sugar on top explain why all the players that left ou for usc would do such a thing? Are you implying your former coach and the player that said publicly it would take more than a scholarship to get him went to Oklahoma for good coaching?
