That is crazy. Can Tuscaloosa support all these businesses that are on the docket? Tiger Woods golf thing, Sports Illustrated Hotel/Entertainment, and now this? This makes sense for a much larger city

Northport doesn't meet the site selection requirements for an Olive Garden. It makes perfect sense to build a $350 million resort.

They are allegedly building these things all over the country. There is one being planned here in Columbia, SC as well. It seems like a big venture capital project. I'm a little skeptical they ever come to fruition. It will be neat if it happens though.

So they're scaling up the Retreat's property pool into a whole-arse resort. Sure Northport is gonna love that...

Seems like most of the Northport residents feverishly oppose this project.
