The flashback scene when Frog stabs the guy in the eye with a plastic fork and makes his come up in the drug game was nice. Overall the move was pretty shitty, however.

I got an “over-the-waistband-handy” from a local gal in Little Rock at a Brooks & Dunn concert one time in the mid 1990’s.
That’s about all I’ve got.
