- Tennessee is still the best team in the league

- Auburn found their mental toughness at halftime in Oxford and flipped the switch. Denver Jones is starting to find his shot more and he can fill it up.

- South Carolina has no intentions of going away. A great win in a prime let down situation over a solid team that badly needed a big win on the road.

- Georgia had 3 top 20 games in their grasps at home and let all 3 slip away. Tough.

- Arkansas officially hit rock bottom and I have no clue what the hell is going on up there. Roster isn't great, but they are just getting blown out night after night.

- LSU is competitive. It's a decent roster and they play hard. Mac has done good work this year.

- Alabama seems to have figured out rotations and guys who looked unsure and a step slow in December are playing confident and at full speed now.

- A&M isn't dead. Still lots of opportunities to get big wins and fulfill potential.

- Missouri? What the hell happened? You thought they might step back but not 1-17 or 2-16 step back.

- If Kentucky even had an inkling of defensive effort they’d be no less than a 1/2 seed. But I’m gonna digress.

Maybe, but we won't win the regular season title.

Tennessee looked very good tonight. Still shocked SC got them on Tuesday in Knoxville

We had an opportunity to throw our name in the mix for an at-large bid, but couldn’t bring any of those games home. As it is, we are heading to the NIT.

I am still happy with the direction of the program. UGA hasn’t even sniffed the NIT in over five years. We are a much improved team.

Auburn grew up a bit last night. They used the first two road games as learning material after they went down last night.

Tennessee is at their best when Dalton doesn’t shoot it 30 times. Who’d have thunk it.

Kentucky is finished, as far as sec play goes. Two home losses in a row. Rough.

Carolina is badasss and may win the regular season title at this point. Auburn gets them at home in two weeks.

Alabama I believe is getting better. However, they come to Auburn this Wednesday so that should be a good midseason barometer for both teams. Grant Nelson posted 2 points last night. Pretty crazy.

It was in Athens .... so a home game for UGA and a revenge win on the road for us. Our big road win was against a really good UT team.

Georgia is a tough out. They were 8 of 11 three pointers in the first eleven minutes of the game yet we weathered the storm and hung around.

We were down by ten and they never panicked. Closed to within two by halftime and ended-up winning by ten. It was a punchers' game ... no finese by either team, just a slugfest.

I can't remember if we hit a three in the 1st half, or not.

This team sure believes in itself. They're tougher than woodpecker lips. Knock on wood. Someone always steps up.

It'll be interesting to see where they finally break into the Top 25 this week and whether or not they lose their edge once they do.

Tennessee is on fire.

Kentucky just lost 3 of their last 4.

LSU should push for .500 in conference and get an NIT bid.

It is a deep league.

Bama has performed the best.
Tennessee may be a special team come March.
South Carolina is the surprise team. Their coach deserves CotY.
Auburn is deep.
Kentucky has talent.

Ole Miss and MSU, and Florida can play.
A&M can compete.
Georgia is capable.
LSU has potential.

Vandy is not good.
Missouri is surprisingly bad.
Arkansas is putrid. That is surprising to me.

All SEC team:
Sears, PG, Bama
Knect, F, UT
Broome, F, AU,
Will they do 7 or 10 players for all SEC?
