Michigan is about to be hit will all kinds of fines and violations. he would be stupid to leave LSU to go there, you on the other hand is even more stupid to even think he would go.

Of course we did.But we all know and so do they, Kelly would have been long gone with an offer.

If he was asked he WOULD have gone. Michigan didn’t want him. They prefer coaches who don’t grind on teenagers, don’t have poor judgement about high winds and rape allegations, and can win more than 8-9 games a year. They sure wouldn’t want any coach whose team got 50 laid on them by UGA. Heck, Michigan only got something like 38 laid on them by Georgia. Nope. They didn’t take his calls and I’m sure he was calling. And for all Grinding Brian’s shortcomings there is little proof he is good at sign stealing schemes and that’s a must at UM

Why do you hate Kelly so much?

I don’t hate him. I don’t like him. He’s a way overrated coach who was connected to the deaths of 2 young people at ND. He was reported to have made jokes about a student who made rape allegations against a ND player. Caused her to be ostracized by much of ND leading to depression and her suicide. Then there was the young boy sent up to take photos or video in high winds despite warnings. Two young people died - deaths he helped happen.

The first time I was ever aware of “flopping” in football occurred when Kelly and ND came to Athens. It was ridiculous. Players tapping other players on the shoulder and telling them to fake injuries when UGA was moving the ball.
The call to go down came from the ND sidelines. Even the tv commentators were commenting on it. Kelly did it at least twice. The second guy suddenly fell to his knees after standing around chatting with his teammates. Trainers took a long slow stroll to him and he took a long time pointing at his eye, having eye drops administered and finally he slow walks to the sideline. Delaying the game for a long time. This huge guy was 4-5 feet from his own sideline and somehow couldn’t manage to walk off the field because he needed eye drops.
When Kelley was asked about this strange little drama I guess he had not gotten his story together as he said his player was suffering from cramps. That’s weird. I’ve never heard of eye cramps. Has anyone else?

Kelley was prepared to cheat to win - he didn’t win, racking up another big fat L to UGA - and even got called out for cheating on national tv.

I never had any respect for him after his involvement in the deaths and his open cheating at Georgia didn’t help his case.

And then there was that video of him grinding on a recruit. Wow! That was a humdinger of a dumb dumb mistake. He will never live that down.

And if all this wasn’t enough. I’m southern and I resent people who mock our southern accents. Especially some dried up old Yankee from Boston.

Many years Georgia won more than 10 games. That’s what averaging means. A ten win average is dang good and doing it for 15 years is awesome. At least it was until Kirby came to UGA and things got even better. Lol
