Really surprised A&M not on that list.
I'm not. We don't have a lot of bandwagon fans that didn't attend the school.

Texas, the 7th place SEC team on the list... Nice.

That is amazing, considering they play 2-3 games per year on the Longhorn Network and the tens of viewers on that channel

Will SEC TV ratings suffer in the future from being only on ESPN? I think it can.

On the flip side, Ohio State and B1G's ratings can only go up with its multi-platform TV partners.

B1G is going to make more money for quite awhile. Snakey is a moron for selling the SEC to ESPN.

Sankey had a product that could sell itself. How he could frick that up like he did is beyond me.

Which is why there should be a premier league in college football with relegation to a mid level, and a bottom feeder level

Missouri has really good per game average numbers for games on bigger networks. We had way too many games on SECN which brought the season long numbers down drastically relative to other schools.

Most SEC fans won't admit it but Missouri is in the SEC because of TV Markets and opening up the mid west to the SEC brand...

Very true.

Big 6 Or should I say Big 8

Big 6. Texas and OU still have to earn it in the big leagues.

You’re also measuring A&M during a 7-5 year.

If A&M doesn’t fall off a cliff (and that’s a big if) early in the season, we are top 12 in viewership.

Everyone expected Jimbo to shite the bed and he did. All interest dropped off after the Bama and Ole Miss games.

I expect us to be back in the 10-15 range in viewership next year.

Between the SEC product starting to slip and HS level production by ESPN, ratings are going to suffer.

Stankey was paid under the table by ESPN. Only reason anyone who wasn't full on retard would have signed that shatty deal. Or ESPN was blackmailing Sankey with pictures of him doing gay butt stuff. Only possibilities in my honest opinion.

Good point but they still have a pretty huge following I'm surprised they didn't make it

Didn't aggies have almost all 11:00 games last season? That also effects tv viewership numbers.

Someone on first page said they were #14. Sucking the past two years probably had an impact on their numbers. Plus, if I'm remembering correctly, most of their games were at 11:00 in 23.

I believe this is conflating teams with rankings.

These teams were ranked highest in those year ranges, therefore more viewership.

I have been told for years we took Mizzou because of all their TVs. What a shock
