We were already perceived to be better than you going into the season with Saban plus your full roster. So he's right in saying it's not nearly the loss to us as he is to you all.

Academic Affairs was literally getting his paperwork done for classes when they were told to stop.
OSU gave him an offer he couldn't refuse or his family did this whole thing to screw around with us. Doesn't really matter. He's gone now.
And do we have more money than Bama? We might. But I can tell you we don't have as much as OSU and the Texas schools. If it's only about money, they will beat us every time.

Almost every preseason poll and pod discussion on next season (Cover 3, Joel Klatt, etc.) had us no. 1. And that was before you downgraded your coach and roster.
