Saying and Downs were the two guys we couldn’t afford to lose. DeBoer lost both of them.

Agreed, Sayin was a sure thing. Mack is a project at best.

100% agree. It wouldn’t shock me if DeBoer didn’t even try to save Sayin.

Some of you need to find a another team to support. Anybody that thought when Saban retired the transition would be easy were fools. The wolves have been circling for years waiting for this moment.

Yes hate losing any player but we were going to in the end.

Downs I agree will be hard to replace but a QB that has yet to take a snap in college not concerned with.

I'll concede Downs as a very difficult loss, but a guy who has yet to participate in a meaningful practice yet? Nah. I've seen too many 5-star QBs bust to melt over that.
