Kiffin, Drink, Leach (RIP) et all are pure gold for college football - especially the semipro league it has become.
The NFL has the “protect the shield BS” but no reason for college football to have it. They are all $nakes so might as well enjoy the petty show.

Kiffin doesn't need Saban for anything and I doubt seriously he'd want Saban around. Kiffin is the son of a better defensive coach than Saban ever was and Kiffin coached for a better head coach than Saban in Pete Carroll.

I hate that Bond left, he's obviously a great receiver. But he left the minute Saban retired, couldn't wait 48 hours to see who the new coach was and said it was a "business decision". I'll get mocked for this but I really don't a roster full of guys who are there ONLY for the money, especially when the going gets tough. Anyway, good luck to the kid and thanks for 4th and 31.

But, money is likely secondary as to why Bond left. Austin is a high-end city. Y'all want to ignore that Bond has 1st round NFL draft ability and he was handcuffed due to Milroe. Even as a freshman, I felt Bryce didn't pass the ball to Bond enough. Milroe being QB is why I believe Bond and NiBlack left.
