What time is the team meeting for Saturday and Sunday?
No time for slacking.

I’d like to know specially what makes him effective. Saban received and was organized. What’s DeBoer’s MO? He seems to be very, very good as a game day coach, but that’s about all I know other than his success record wise.

I really hope we can retain TRob and Roach in some capacity, but it doesn’t look likely.
After that, we need roster attrition via transfer portal to be manageable and keep our studs

We will keep some of the coaches I'm sure!
You always need a guy or two who knows the lay of the land so to speak.

Jordan Rodgers and McElroy are both saying they were blown away by the professionalism and organization of his prep in the week before the 2022 Alamo Bowl. I'm with you though, interested to see how he approaches things. Very excited to see his introductory press conference.
Roll Tide and welcome to Coach DeBoer and his family.

Sounds details oriented. Like it.

He’s gonna need help reaching kids in the south. Needs to get recruiters. I’d like to see TRob stay.. and roach. I wouldn’t hate bringing Cadillac in TBH.

Keep most of the roster. Keep Roach. Keep T Rob.
Let’s roll

Barrett Jones posted yesterday that if we didn't get Kalen DeBoer, we should be very nervous.
Brock Huard said in an interview about DeBoer leaving UW, that he was talking his entire staff with him. I don't know if he really means entire, or just vast majority.

That’d be funny. Wonder how the barners would spin it

I love the hire… currently.
I’ll be looking to see how he fills out his staff. Weather he retains some of the key coaching talent currently at UA (TRob), or if he simply brings in his own people. Hopefully he’s smart enough to understand the level of talent currently in the building at UA, and the necessity of keeping some for the recruiting ties alone.
Second, I’ll be looking at how we managed team attrition, and what level of buy-in he gets from the players.
If he addresses those two things in an impressive way, then we are off to one heck of a start post-Saban

Very interested to see what he does in regard to the S&C program.
