If you’re talking about Downs, let’s not start a narrative that he’s looking for a payday. He’s not in the portal and everything else is speculation. He’s a Saban guy and Saban is still around the program.

It’s true. I’ve had people come up to me at work that I didn’t even know that they watched football say “it’s a great day to be an Auburn tiger”.

I don't think Will Rogers is so enamored with DeBoer that he would immediately follow him to Bama. Nor do I think DeBoer would be accepting transfers right now.

I doubt Downs leaves. I think Saban will still be involved at some level with the DB's, at least this core group

Absolutely. DeBoer won 10 games in his first season at Washington. Imagine the potential with what Alabama has to work with. Assuming that he can retain the majority of the roster.
