Not too shabby for less than Jimbo's buyout by 20M.

Well I hope aggy engineering didn’t have anything to do with it. If it’s like the Olympic swimming pool, which was built too small or the horse arena that collapsed or the septic system that dumped raw sewage on the golf course, the track specifications might not be to regulations.

This looks like a prison with a track inside of it. Who greenlit this design? Nice to know all the best track recruits will still be wearing green and yellow.
