To think that we still won the SEC and took Michigan into overtime despite this is remarkable. But it is totally unacceptable at the same time.

I know very little about Wolford… but he should probably be fired. These stats are disgusting, in the worst possible way.

I promise this is the last time I'll say this:
If the QB holds the ball a long time he is likely to take a lot of sacks.
Our QB held the ball longer than any QB in the league thus he was sacked a lot.
It wasn't all on this OL. They played well at times, and have a lot of talent everywhere but center.
This is also an OC problem. Once this became a theme you have to make adjustments to get the ball out faster, or roll the pocket, or give some eye candy to slow down rushers.

Clearly that Bryce Young fella has trouble reading defenses, holds on to the ball too long, and takes too many unnecessary sacks

The qb doesn’t know how to set protections or anticipate where the blitz may come from. Doesn’t look at hot reads.
A phenomenal athlete who is very accurate but from here on out he will be tested every game and it’s fortunate Simpson is now as experienced as he is because if Milroe can’t figure it out we will need him.

Milroe must have been taking ice baths every damn week SMH. Yet people want to blame everything on him.

I don't know if it ever improved, statistically, but at one point in the season, Milroe was holding onto the ball longer than any QB in the country.
