And they're broke as hell. That university is the only thing that makes a decent amount of money in the entire state. New Orleans makes their money off sugary kool-aid cocktails and people dressing like statues.

2023 LSU with 36th ranked Defense is undefeated and playing this Monday as heavy favorite vs any team

We offered over $2M. Frankly that’s overpaying at that price.

Elko convinced him to join the staff because Elko is serious about having a culture of hard work, and Moffitt can see that. Not all coaches really buy into that kind of mentality.

Much like Coach O.

Missouri had the #18 ranked scoring defense when only ranking power 5 football teams. If you omit the 49 point LSU game (#1 offense in CFB, and BY FAR the most scored on missouri in 2023. By 18 points actually.) their PPG allowed drops to 18.5, which is lower than Alabama's 19 ppg allowed.

LSU with a top 50 defense is a huge improvement.

Mizzou Fan: “If Mizzou hadn’t had the pick 6, we could’ve beaten LSU!”

LSU fan: “We stomped your arse. What are you talking about?”

Also LSU fans: “If we had Mizzou’s DC, we would be in the ship!”

If you take 2023 LSU's offense and combine it with any top 50 defense LSU steamrolls college football in 2023. We only punted 21 times in the 2023 regular season. That's less than 1 punt per half of football FFS.

Honestly, even if we'd had Baker this year we'd probably still lose a game or two in the regular season. For argument's sake, if we had beaten Bama and played UGA I think UGA probably wins that game. It was a very high bar to make the ship this year. UGA didn't need to win the SECCG last year to get into the CFP.

We would have beaten Ole Miss with a real defense but probably wouldn't have beaten both FSU and Bama. Jayden was amazing. Malik too. But definitely not the same talent across the board as the 2019 team.

Being an Aggie, you’re like Helen Keller making fun of someone who is merely hard of hearing.

We lost to fsu because they didn't punt in the second half. We lost to Bama because they only punted ONCE all game. Our offense just needed like 4 stops a game to guarantee a win. We struggled to get even a single stop per half most of the time.

to convince Baker to leave Mizzou for LSU.

Wow!

I'm surprised LSU had to give so much to get him.

Funny. I remember the milk men orgasming at the amount Elko got for his assistants.

What's the problem?

Elko?

Yeah. We thought so.

Not surprising. We were paying Aranda $2.5 million per year.

Me too. I just learned they are literally funding terrorism. They will have some sort of gay divert tactic.

My advice is to stop talking to the stupid LSU fans.

Smart LSU fans know we edged you out after having trailed throughout the first half and deep into the second half. We did not take our first lead (27-25) until 6:00 minute mark in the third quarter. Traded scores and the lead through the rest of the game. Sealed the deal with a game saving interception with 34 seconds left (that was not the norm for the 2023 defense).

That is what actually happened.
