They just do.
Now with that in mind, do they win it?
Well if they come in at four and beat Michigan at number one. And Alabama beats Texas in a rematch (as they surely will). Who wins the Georgia/Alabama rematch?
I didn't breathe a sigh of relief when Georgia was denied. I really didn't think to but should I have?
The Michigan program lost bladder function when they found out they had to play Alabama, as did their fans.
It's only now occurring to me in this moment that if the committee got this right and put Georgia in over Washington. I would probably be feeling a little bit of dread about now.
Does Alabama beat Georgia twice?

Alabama played their C+ maybe B- game against Georgia. That should have been a route.
And with Bowers and company sitting out, it would be an even bigger Alabama victory.

Most if not all of those guys would be playing if they were in.

With that shlt schedule, they don't 'belong' anywhere near the playoffs.
Don't worry, they'll win another natty in around 2064.

UGA literally gave up a turn over on their own 10 yard line. Bowers and mconkey were essentially too injured to make any impact. UGA played their D game.

Would they sit out for a championship game?

I read that as McMonkey.

I actually agree with this. Bama played good but was far from great. There were a couple series in the 2nd half where I thought Bama was gonna blow UGA out but just couldn't keep any consistency. That game a lot worse than that score.

Georgia at least needed to be ahead of the posers in Ann Arbor
No respect for a committee who talks SoS year after year then rewards the weakest of the weak with a #1 CFP spot.

Can you limit your shitty post to the OT, thank you.

Every team in the playoffs played a tougher schedule than UGA did this year

That's fine with me. I'm not moved by Michigan at all. So take them out and leave Washington at number one.
Washington doesn't stand a chance against Georgia and if Alabama faces them, it'll be at least a 17 point win.

What would that make Alabama's grade for every other game this season? You are completely out of your mind.

frick all that. Georgia doesn't belong and neither does Bama. CFP is corrupt af

If we're putting the best four teams in the playoffs then you have to include the dogs, no question.

Sounds like they fell apart during their biggest game of the season. Doesn't sound like a playoff team to me.

Weird how the Texas loss to Oklahoma was just ignored. Texas beat Alabama week 1. Texas lost mid season when they should have been rounding into form. UGA got screwed for loading by 3 to a top 10 team.

I think it just boiled down to it was a lot easier justifying Texas getting in over Florida St than Georgia.

Yes. Kirby would just be 1-6 vs Saban/Alabama
