Georgia does not belong in this discussion. They had a chance to prove it and fell on their faces.

The best teams elevate their games when the stakes are raised. Georgia did the exact opposite.

Is Michigan the new ND?

When tf did they earn this random benefit of the doubt as a juggernaut?

Georgia beats Michigan, Washington, Texas, and FSU head to head no question.

Georgia beats Bama at least 4 times out of 10 if they played the next 9 weeks straight.

Georgia definitely belongs in the discussion.

Based on what? I would have agreed with this at 4:00 Saturday, but not after that disaster.

I love the Dawgs but also try to be objective enough to realize they would have lost to about 10 teams on Saturday with that performance.

I mean Georgia is arguably a missed field goal and fumble from winning.

The margins are so small.

They lost by 3. It was a better performance than Alabama in the Iron Bowl.

Georgia was without several key players and did not need 2 miracles to beat Georgia Tech. Lowly Auburn had Alabama beat. Auburn fumbled a punt in the last minute, then Alabama proceeded to lose 21 yards, and then won on a hail mary pass. Now they think they are the best team.
