You lost to Texas at home and got in over an undefeated. Your seance, goat masks, and gregorian chants worked.

Alabama would beat FSU by four touchdowns. But I really do feel for FSU and its players over this. It has to be tough to swallow and they have an argument for being in. As an Alabama fan I am happy we’re in but I’m not about to gloat or run my mouth about it.

I completely agree. The only "gloating" being carried on is toward all the Tide haters who seem to want to blame Alabama for FSU's misfortune, and not admit that FSU can't play quality football with their present QB situation.

If Auburn and Arkansas can take Alabama down to the wire, why the hell couldn't a 13-0 Florida State team beat them?

FSU would give Bama a run for their money even without Travis (assuming 2nd string QB is out of concussion protocol by then). FSU's defense is just nasty and Milroe isn't an accurate passer or a high-football-IQ kind of QB that will scheme his skill guys open or check out of unfavorable matchups.

You also have to take into account that Alabama just struggled and needed a miracle to beat lowly Auburn last week, Beck to play a horrid game to squeak by UGA, lost to Texas at home, barely beat Arkansas at home, and was embarrassed by USF going toe to toe with them.

Forget what the biased posters here say, FSU could beat Alabama a week from now. There's also the chance that Alabama beats them too, and they most likely would. It would be a close game either way

That has nothing to do with it…. Bama lost to Texas… they have 1 loss. Fla St is undefeated

Entitled Bama. … the end of the Saban era can’t come soon enough

It has EVERYTHING to do with it. The very bylaws state that the committee's job is to determine the best four teams at the end of the season.
Just HONESTLY answer the question in my thread, and that's your answer.

This has got to be the latest Alabama fan rebuttal out there.

Liberty is undefeated. That's the metric on who gets to the playoffs, right?

Liberty isn't an undefeated P5 conference champion with multiple ranked wins.

Oh, so you mean things like strength of schedule matters?

Interesting you should say that. The computers agree. And have Bama ranked above FSU because Bama's wins and SOS is much, much higher than FSUs.
