As a logical bama fan, I see dilemma. One loss sec champion defeats 3 year unbeaten super shredder by 2 touchdowns there is no way that sec champion isn’t in the playoff. However you did get boat raced at home by said team. I do think the Georgia win would trump that h2h but it’s sure hard to explain away

Let’s just pray for a bit of chaos and get both these teams in the playoffs and settle this on the field.

If a 1 loss SEC champ Bama didn’t make the playoffs, that would be one hell of a precedent set by the committee. It’s definitely possibly and curious as to how they would explain it.

let's be real, this Bama team is not beating Georgia. Georgia will spy Milroe, and he can't beat them with his arm that's for sure.

Why does the history matter? Georgia has played close games against lesser competition just like everyone else this fall.

Bama didn't get boat raced.

They were competing. They made 3 horrible plays that put them behind the sticks, and that squad isn't built to play from behind.

If they played 10 times two months ago they win 5. If they played 10 times now, they win at least 5.

......

That said, Texas should still get in over them.

If FSU loses, they're (Bama and UTx) are likely both in should they each win out. uGA gets hosed in that scenario, but it's all hypothetical.

Uga is a very good football team, as is this Ducks team playing right now.

But, Bama has the IB at JHS tomorrow, so it could all be moot this time tomorrow. Go Bama, beat the Hell out of AU!

Honestly, I’d love for FSU to lose so potentially both teams could make the playoff. If they both win out they both deserve to play for a title, I don’t think anyone would argue with that. Obviously making a four team cut is a different story.

Bama has beaten more ranked teams and higher ranked teams and would have another over the #1 team. I’d have Bama in easy.

It really is a shame that we won’t see Alabama and Texas play each other on the field to decide who goes to the playoffs

Alabama isn’t beating Georgia. Milroe has faced one decent defense the entire season. Texas made him look like a retard. Georgia defense is going to make him look like a retard.

Bama would win again, but Texas won on the field at Bama. Texas over Bama.
