Our two big Rivals have always been Little Bro Auburn and those Hillbillies from UTjr. Both programs have been tougher opponents over the years with both having close to 40 wins vs The King of CFB.

27-55 will never qualify as a "rivalry". If you want one try to win more games going forward. TIA

President Donald Trump on watching the 2019 LSU vs Alabumma game, in-person...

"I didn't expect Alabama to be such pussies with all of those great recruiting classes"

People have been asking this question on this board for years.

It will always be Auburn and Tennessee for Alabama. I’m not sure where this LSU shite came from, I guess from LSU fans only.

For a fictitious rivalry you sure make a lot of threads about LSU.

We should not infringe on your heated and competitive rivalries with Tennessee and Auburn.

It's sad. To us, LDU is like Vandy minus the academic prestige. Just a typical rent a win who finds occasional success when our coach decides against kicking extra points or our QB misses a month of action due to a minor surgery.

We are rivals with everyone honestly. And we just like to rib you guys for not giving it the credit it deserves. It’s the biggest game in college football each year. Does that mean we are rivals? I don’t know…it seems to be on a different level. But as far as rivalries…OM takes the cake. Any true LSU fan will tell you that.

Since 1980, LSU is 17-26-1 vs Alabama and has a winning record all time in games played in Tuscaloosa. In that same amount of time Tennessee is 15-28-1 vs Alabama.

Don’t worry… I don’t think of bammer as a rival. I just despise all their athletic teams and their fans.

Because LSU has won 3 National Championships since 2003 and Bama as won 6.

LMAO, your own coach has made it a rivalry. Ask Nicky. Why does he schedule an open date every year before the LSU game?

By the way, do Auburn or Tennessee have 3 national championships since 2003? Hell, do they have that many in the last 50 years?

I am one LSU fan who doesn't create a 'fictitious rivalry' with Alabama; I just loathe Alabama and it's stupid fans.

It is kind of weird how much they hate us, on this board, and social media at least. Bama fans don't really hate LSU that much. I don't. I love going to BR for Bama games, and always have a kick-arse time. Its a strange, one-sided hate affair, on the internet at least.

As far as a rivalry goes, it definitely is. Not to the extent AU or UT is, but I consider it a rivalry.

Someone posted scientific proof within the past week that Alabama considers LSU its biggest sports rival, while Louisiana considers the Atlanta Falcons its most hated team.

Sorry for your ignorance.

Funny how CBS thinks it's the biggest rivalry in the SEC and possibly nationally putting it at night time primetime

You can deny it all you want. Maybe it's not as historical but as a matchup, LSU vs Bama has the following:

1. One of the most viewed annual matchups over the last 15 years
2. 2nd most frequent matchup on college gameday (was tied for 1st with Ohio St/Penn St, this past week gave OSU/PSU the outright lead, we'll see if they go again this year over Mizzou/UGA or Washington/USC)
3. Most OT games of any matchup in CFB with 5
4. Since Saban has gotten there LSU is tied for most wins vs Bama with Auburn at 5 a piece

Is Bama/LSU as historic or classic of a rivalry as Tennessee or Auburn? No, but it's not just some other game on the schedule either by just about any metric. I expect yet another classic in a little over a week.

Yet, here you are starting a thread about your non-rival.
