I think there's a good chance he won't play. Because health is the most important thing.

Tell me about it.
If you go back and watch the game...some guy literally had Pringle wrapped around the neck lol.
Grant-Foster traveled numerous of times...no call!
Foster twisted his ankle while dribbling and fell into Rylan and he gets called for a foul.
They was calling fouls for that man like he was LeBron James or somebody.
One their guards HACKED Mark Sears two or three times in one possession...no call.
They also set an illegal screen on Mark Sears and Nate Oats bout lost it on the refs late in the game.
The officiating was super bad.

It's very likely that it's a trick. Because saying he can't play makes the process of preparing the offense and defense easier for UNC.

What I dont understand is the refs are handpicked based on job performance during the season to ref in the dance. Is the NCAA short handed that these type crews work them. Based on what the announcers said, none of these guys were new to the NCAA. I think one guy had 19 tears experience. This type of game had to be hard on them due to the pace and the nature of how the Lopes decided to play

I don't know but they literally could've let the players call their own fouls. Lol, it was that bad.

Don't get as fired up as I use to but man every time they showed the Grand Canyon fans it just pissed me the frick off

The whole arena was GCU fans. I think all the locals donned purple and came out to support them.

Spin: Ellis came out hot in the win, rolling to a new career high in scoring while drilling four triples along the way. While Ellis will likely turn in inconsistent production as a scorer now that he's been thrust into the starting lineup in place of Kevin Huerter (shoulder), he should be an excellent source of steals and blocks production from the guard spot.
