That was a good but weird game. Tennessee is really committed to running the ball and it seemed like A&M hadn't watched any of Tennessee's film coming into the game. A&M often only had 3 defensive linemen most of the game, almost like A&M was expecting the Vols the throw the ball 60 times in the game.

Milton is an erratic passer. Seems to me A&M would have been better suited to have sold out to stop the run. I would have made Joe Milton beat me with his arm, because I don't think he can do that against good DBs.

If Bama can limit their running attack, the Vols are in deep trouble, IMO.

Tennessee has a good defense and a fierce pass rush. Rees better be earning his money this week to come up with a solution. I think they're going to have to put a TE with Proctor the entire game. They'll eat his lunch if he's left by himself.

The wild card in all this the absolutely horrible calls or no calls by the refs. I just hope and pray to God, Bama doesn't draw the same crew that called the game last year. Bama got horrible call after horrible call with those bozos.

I actually made the comment during the game that AM seemed to be running way to many 3 down lineman series.

Alabama has a good rush defense and we can gear towards stopping it. Our secondary is much better than AM as well.

Honestly AM should have won the game they on paper have a better front 7 it’s just Max Johnson was tossing Tennessee the ball.

A&M looked poorly coached?

I'm shocked.

I thought A&M had a good plan. Tennessee ran the ball on them but most of those yards were between the 30s. The plan limited Milton and the Vols ultimately scored one offensive TD.

I usually agree with the pre snap penalties against Bama. We have some real meatheads false starting it seems. What I hope for Saturday is that the officials watch the other team for false starts as diligently as they watch the Tide.

Yesterday on the Max pick that led to UT going up 17-13, the RT retreated two steps for A&M prior to the snap. Play should have been whistled dead. Would’ve cost Aggies 5 yards but I think they would have traded the five yards for UT intercepting and returning to the 6.

If I was Jimbo, I’d have lost it over that non call.

I hope we can avoid absolutely stupid calls Saturday . WhenJace got penalized for failing to get set on the Victory formation, it was right after he was talking to Burton about something. I’d love to know what. Im guessing they weren’t talking about partying after the game.

43-24 (25-20) in 5.5 seasons with 1 NY6 bowl, 0 trips to Atlanta, 0 playoff selections under Jimbo and they're going to end up paying him like $100 million between salary and buyout when they fire him this offseason or next year.

Since we’re on the subject….

Texas A&M got punked with its 2021 contract extension to Jimbo Fisher. The Aggies are paying Fisher a king's ransom to impersonate Dennis Franchione.

Texas A&M football married Jimbo Fisher's mediocrity. LSU must be laughing
