My first game as an Auburn student/in the AU student section...

September 17, 1994

Final Score : Auburn 30 - LSU 26

The Interception game
Auburn was on a 14-game winning streak when LSU traveled to Auburn in 1994, but it was LSU who led 23–9 entering the fourth quarter. LSU quarterback Jamie Howard threw five fourth quarter interceptions—three were returned for touchdowns—as Auburn extended their winning streak to 15 games with a 30–26 win. Auburn made one first down in the second half, yet scored 27 points in the comeback.

I had a chem professor that quarter that compared a four atom bond shape with a T-formation offense. He made the comment that the formation was designed by Woody Hayes at Ohio State. He then added, "Hayes also said that 'three things can happen when you pass, and two of them are bad.' If you don't believe that, ask LSU."

The only mascot used more by colleges than Tigers is Bulldogs.

Almost certain. The general consensus is that they’ll move to 9 conference games, with only 3 annual rivals. With Auburn already getting Alabama and Georgia, it’s unlikely that they’ll give us another top team. Auburn’s third would probably be Miss State.

LSU is actually a fighting tiger and our colors etc were actually those of an infamous civil war unit from New Orleans which was probably the most feared unit of the war

Not even close.
That belongs to Hoods Texas Brigade led by nathaniel B Forrest or the Stonewall Brigade led by Robert E. Lee.

Based on this weeks’ threads, cause of death looks to be more apathy than defeat

If you never associate with actual people, then yeah. I can see how you'd base it on threads.

LSU Auburn is a staple of the conference. You sir, are a dipshit.

Yeah, I guess we could make up something retarded like Jayhawk and pretend it's a real bird.

Baw, I’ve been around LSU-Auburn since Ken Alvis picked off Howard. This game isn’t what it once was. Maybe it’ll get back there one day.

Aside from 2020 the game has been really close the last several years. Even in ‘12 and ‘22 at our absolute nadir, we played them really tough.
