I just had some sort of pop in my crotch 3 days ago and now I can’t feel my bladder, if and when I need to urinate. I just try every couple of hours but I don’t know if everything is working…I’m not sure if bowels are working correctly either….legs are weak as well. I’m scared and don’t know what to do. Seems like a pudendal nerve injury of some kind, from reading online. Not sure my next step

Probably going to an urgent care would be my guess

They will put a tube in your bladder to release the pressure and you will be awake. They will blast your abdomen with a machine that vibrates your abdomen.
Then, they will cut off your prostate gland and pull it through your butt.
Easy.

Get a second opinion from another doctor.

I would go to the ER. It sounds like you need an MRI of the lumbar spine. Could be something called cauda equine syndrome, which would require urgent surgery to prevent permanent neurological injury. I would definitely want to rule that out first. Research it.

This is probably better suited for the OT Lounge.

Probably a sciatic nerve.

Well, if this isn't a troll you need to address it. This sounds like it could be a serious injury. I would immediately go get myself checked out at the hospital.
Either way I hope you get it resolved because it sounds, not good.

I had gallstones one time and I'll be honest the pain was insane. It was like my appendix rupturing. If it was gallstones I think you would know the pain. Sometimes would come and go but it would be intense. I was supposed to have surgery but they just kind of stopped hurting.

You don't post on the SECR..... you go to the ER like a normal person.

Two step process will take care of it all:
1) Post about it on tRant
2) Go to a doctor

Sounds like a potential neurosurgical emergency, would go to ER.

This sounds like a spinal cord issue. You need to head to the ER immediately to get imaging done.
