This is, literally, exactly what I was picturing. If your overall, all-time, #1 mistreatment at an away venue is people barking then I don't really know what to say. I've seen drinks thrown on people, I've seen fights, I've seen arguments that have escalated to almost riots...but barking is what takes the cake for you. Huh.

I’ve seen a Georgia fan bark in the face of a young girl (probably a kindergartner). She started crying and the guy walked away high-fiving his friends. Dude was probably in his 40s
I understand he was probably hammered drunk, but I’ve never seen a fan base cheer on something like that

Really? I have been going to UGA games since I could walk and barking is not a thing most Dawg fans engage in except for the “calling out the Dawgs” cheer. Even if every Dawg barked in the face of every Gamecock fan they met it wouldn’t be nearly as offensive as that screeching chicken sound y’all blast out in your stadium. - it sounds like the poor bird is being strangled - or your drunken fans staggering into the stadium. Y’all sure have a lot of folks who can’t hold their liquor

You realize after ever kickoff, At kickoff we do this. “GOOOOOO DAWGS SIC EM. WOOF WOOF WOOF”. Or are you just dumb? It’s called tradition. I like South Carolinas traditions, so I won’t shite on them here. Win the SEC before you come after the king though

This is very true ... undeniably-so. But, if they're drunk enough, they'll walk around in your home stadium barking in your face as well.
In overall terms of pure obnoxiousness (sic) it's UGA fans in Athens.
However, I did witness, up close and personal while a member of the media, the most insane thing I have ever witnessed as a vistor to someone else's stadium ... in Baton Rouge. Hands down THE MOST INSANE thing likely to have ever happened to a visiting bunch of fans and players while visiting another stadium.
Tiger Stadium, Death Valley, on the campus of LSU in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
It was so outrageous that Skip (as AD) had to issue a formal public apology to Lou and his wife Beth. Skip is an honorable man.
From what I understand it led to some changes afterwards.
So, what I'm trying-to convey here is that basically, imho and having heard the opinions of hundreds of fellow SEC fans over the decades ... the general consensus is that it's a toss up between SOME UGA fans in Athens and SOME LSU fans in Baton Rouge.
Everyone has their bad apples. Different stadiums police the bad apples in different ways. Often, fan bases police themeselves and, even more often, it depends upon who is playing that day, rankings and standings at the time, day or night game, rivalries, past experiences, etc.
