Head up so no. I wish they would have just left the penalty as spearing. If you put your head down and drive the top of helmet directly into a player, then it is penalty. Simple.

No targeting. But I like to see coaches show what they expect from a drill. I’m sure in his head BK thought he did it perfectly. I’m old so I understand.
