What do y’all think of Bama-6.5 hosting Texas?

Personally I think Bama will regress some this season and that Texas will be improved, but I think Bama is going to come out good and pissed and whip Texas. I’ve already put a little money on Bama. Interested to hear other thoughts

I think Saban is going to play to humiliate.

What do those hicks have to be pissed about

They don't have Bryce to bail them out this year. 28-14 Texas.

If Bama injures our QB again, they will win. If they don’t, Texas will win.

I think they have already regressed over last couple of years, albeit from a high standard to what is still an above average mean comparatively to others.
That said, it is a very good team coming back.
All depends on how the talent gels and the team leadership that steps up around that talent.
I like the 2 coord hires. Simplifying things on defense and getting back to physicality, aggressiveness and accountability that is expected under Steele stands to be a huge move forward.
Not overly concerned about QB. They do not need a world beater. They just need a game manager that plays smart and takes what is given.
Getting a scrimmage game week 1 has more pros than cons in this type of turnover year. I expect the team to be ready and environment to be electric given the game last year in Texas and the 2025 addition of the Longhorns to the SEC.
Sark will have a great game plan, but Bama covers 6.5 over 4 qtrs.
34-24 Bama.

How many times y'all going to use that excuse?

We were +20 on the line last year and we will be +20 this year as well.
Texas 34, Bama 21
Texas 34, Bama 21

Can Texas handle a team full of five star lineman and five star backs just grinding them into the ground? Because Bama is likely going back to the more physical game and I’m not sure Texas can handle that up front

Will Anderson didn’t do crap against Texas last year. Don’t see their other 5 star D linemen doing anything different

Good point though he was definitely referring to how would our defense stand up to their offense if they just take a power approach and run the ball?

I think Bama and Texas will improved over last year, IMO.

I think Bama wins by 17 plus.

I don’t think it will be that close. Bama by 14

I think it says a great deal about national perception right now. Those lines were double digits playing similar teams in neutral settings just a few years ago.

Dallas Turner laid your QB out and he's back. What a shorthorn maroon.
