I will say this about Texas A&M fans

They're the nerdiest fanbase I've ever met, but very loyal. I've never met an A&M fan with bad character.
I'm feeling this type of way because my Master Chief just retired today. He never went to A&M, but is the biggest Aggie fan I've ever met. He's a great man and y'all have a spot in my heart because of him.
We had base awards a few weeks back and the Navy stole the show. Jimbo was the guest speaker and my MC was acting like a 5 year old around him

I guess we're just going to pretend Daniel doesn't exist? You're right though, I have lot's of Aggie friends who are stand up guys...they're just insecure as hell about sports.

Cults usually are extremely loyal.

I said an A&M fan that I met. I doubt my circle will ever cross Daniels.

My favorite thing about Aggie fans is that they turned me on to a whole genre of music fairly unique to Texas that I probably wouldn't know shite about otherwise. I don't much care for most of their hokey traditions but I'd happily sit for a spell, drink, eat some cue and listen to music with them.

MC played some honky tonk music during his entrance at the retirement ceremony. Made my eyes roll honestly, but he’s the prime example of a Texan. Was honored to be asked to fold the flag for him and his family. Got a cool bottle opener with my name embroidered and received his anchors. Not a bad day.

Pretty sure Daniel is not a f'real A&M fan or even Bama fan.

Goodfellow isn’t an easy base to get to or get on.
Sponsor had a difficult time getting me on site. Not sure if it was the base or the person. Never had issues at Ft. Hood, Randolph or Lackland.

Nerdy and gay. Went to an aggie wedding 2 years ago, man to woman, but all the groomsmen could do during the reception was prance around grabbing at each other's junk. Most bizarre thing to witness because the brides maids were hot.

Got a CD set as a Christmas present about 20 years ago. Called “Northgate Noise”, and was 4 CD’s of music you’d probably hear sitting in The Chicken on a Thursday night.
Made me realize how unique that set list/genre can be.

Went out to College Station in 2014 to see us play the Aggies. Very loyal and very friendly fans. After that trip I started calling them Mississippi State on steroids. Ag school, everything is maroon and their fans have undying loyalty and hate everything about their in-state rival. There’s so many aTm fans all over the country though due to their massive enrollment. Hence the steroids.

I went to Baylor and lived in Dallas for about 8 years after college and the Aggies are good people but they are for sure the most different from any fanbase in the SEC for sure. The loyalty is top notch but I feel very awkward and a bit embarrassed with their traditions. I honestly know I could never be a part of that group but overall they are a good conservative group juts not my people. Big LSU fan as well and a Covington native

Anytime y’all are down, I’ll buy ya a beer. Talk some philosophy. (Ok I did plagiarize that line from Augustus)
