Who knows, but I am genuinely curious which team the ATL would like to see roll into town.
Downtown dildo merchants will obviously be pulling for the horns.

Texas and it ain't close....The Texas fanbase is more in line culturally with Atlanta than ATM is. ATM is more aligned with Starkvegas.....

Texas won't be able to win their way in and will demand a change in format. But they will soon find out that they don't run the SEC like they have all the other conferences they have destroyed.

I know you retarded hillbillies like to say this crap, but none of it is based in fact.

The SWC was doomed because it was a conference in one state.

The Big 12 would still be fine if people hadn't bailed over a decade ago. The things they bitched about (unequal revenue sharing, schools retaining their 3rd tier rights & being able to start their own networks) were voted on and approved by every single conference member. Unless you are a Clinton/Pelosi disciple, you understand that people are responsible for their own actions.

8&4 missed their shot when Manziel was there to make it. It's only downhill from that point on

The only chance either has is for all of the other top SEC teams (+ Oklahoma) to all have down years at the same time. This may happen eventually, and it is really a matter of lucky timing as to which one will have a decent team that year.

I just reread the title and see that it says make the SECCG, not win it. That's more likely to happen in the next 25 years, but I'd give even odds as to the which of the 2 schools.

None one here will be alive to witness either of those teams win the SEC

Typical whorn response. It’s a Longhorn myth that Nebraska, Arkansas, Missouri, A&M agreed to let Texas dominate the Big 12. Kind of like Poland, France, Belgium, et al, agreeing to become part of Nazi Germany.

If A&M doesn't win it in the next 2 years, they never will. With Texas in the SEC, A&M's recruiting advantage disappears, and back under the boot they will go.

Arkansas left a conference that was doomed in the TV era because no one outside of Texas cared.

Nebraska and Texas A&M were "haves" just like Texas and Oklahoma in the Big 12 and voted as a block on all financial issues. Nebraska left because they couldn't stomach being 1-9 against Texas. Big 12 was a dead man walking at that point.

If Arky had been in the Big XII we would have close to 20 more wins.

I’m gonna go out on a limb and say App State will win one before either of these two.

You destroyed ever conference you ever belonged too.. But you won't do it to the SEC.. The days of Texas slinging it's "power" around are over. Go to the back of the line

Nothing was stopping A&M or Nebraska from creating their own network. And they voted for unequal revenue as well. Texas wasn't a king in the Big 12, it had just as much voting power as everyone else.

Leave it to an aggie to bring up baseball and basketball in order to help themselves feel.... relevant, in a post about football.

Neither of us have done much in that regard over the last 2 decades.

The Truth!
I sure hope to see some success, but as you said, if nothing could be done in Big 12, why should things be different here.
