Lots of opinions, but I'm not hearing what anyone actually wants to happen to Miller.

Please use actual facts from the case to make your claim.

Sit him for the rest of the season. He made a terrible decision and has suffered little from it, or so it seems.

Teach a lesson that hanging with thugs, carrying around a gun, living with thugs... Doing anything that aids in taking an innocent life has consequences.

Teach him, teach others... Love the kid, help him but sit him. Show the world that these decisions mean more in life than winning a damn game. And win without him.

Let me ask you this. Does it look good to anyone, especially the family that he is still playing? Was it handled well by your HC with his statements, and apologies? How about this intro to each game, handled well? all of that and he didn't get SEC honors this week? Do you wonder why? Good Lord man, some of you bama fans need to separate a bit from your fandom and see this for what it is.

THis is about more than looks, but I be damned, The looks along with the actions are absolutely terrible all around by bama and it AD Admins.

Admit they should've been forthcoming with the facts regarding player involvement in the case and that they weren't because of his status as the best player during a historic season and then resign and commit hari-kari in dishonor

I want him treated the same as anyone else would be in the same situation.

How shitty of a society have we become that fans have become so cavalier in regards to someone’s murder. I can honestly say if it were my university I wouldn’t want the kid representing my alma mater.
I go back to the Tyrann Matthieu suspension. I hated it but thought it was best for the team and the kid. He would tell you the same thing.

Suspension for the rest of the year. Oats suspended 5 games. A public apology from the Bama AD for greatly mishandling of the situation.

Dude was able to avoid legal liability by likely turning states evidence. But the university is not obligated to reward him for his actions. He is a distraction to the university and his conduct (even well after the fact) is detrimental to the institution.

He has to be removed from the team and Oats has to be fired.

If this doesn't happen, the state of Alabama has to step in and pull money from the university.

Not really sure, but I am glad to see that people are finally getting upset and speaking up about the black on black crimes that plague this nation.

For starters, I’d like the police and DA to explain:

1. The full context of the texts exchanged and phone calls made that evening.
2. The full timeline of events for Davis, Miles, Bradley, Miles’s gf, and Miller. Both before, during, and after the shooting. For example, who did Miles and Davis flee the scene with since they didn’t have a car? Where did they go? Where did Bradley go? Where did Miles go? Were they alone? Were they communicating with each other?
3. Release the available video/audio recordings including dash cam video. This video has to be shared with the defense. It isn’t going to change between now and trial.
4. Identify when Miller/Bradley reached out to LEO or visa versa.
5. Explain the reasoning for not charging Miller or Bradley or potentially Miles’ gf.

Bama’s AD should explain:
1. When they first learned of the situation? Did they speak with any of the involved players prior to LEO? After?
2. What they knew about Miller and Bradley’s involvement and when?
3. What investigative steps did they take before making decisions to dismiss Miles and retain Miller and Bradley without punishment
4. Who all was involved in that decision and who was the ultimate decision maker
5. What steps have they taken to provide support for the Harris family, including the motherless child

As an LSU fan, I'm torn. Bad news for Bama is always good news for us. But, when you see the likes of the Today show morons cover it, starts to remind me of Pat Forde's crusade against Will Wade. My disdain for the media might actually outweigh my rooting against Bama. Tough call!

Let's say I loan you my car and then you return it when I ask for it. I then loan it to another person who intentionally runs a lady over with it. Should you be held responsible in any way for her death? After all, if you had not returned the car to me, I could not have loaned it to the other person and they would not have had the car to run the lady over...
Is the lady in my scenario any less dead because she was murdered with a car?

There's a reason he hasn't be charged. And it isn't the absolute insane conspiracy theory that the DA is protecting him. He did nothing wrong and is a fully cooperating witness. They just don't like the facts.

The real reason for the SECr? They can't bring the Alabama basketball team, who's had a great season and just won the SEC regular season twice in 3 years, down crashing and burning. Firing Oats and ditching Miller would be a great idea to do that. Heck, some have even been going after Bradley. Why not just charge the whole team?
