What I said came from his lawyer. The police officer wasn't testifying about Brandon Miller so I don't think he said much of anything about Miller I could rely on. I think he used some lazy wording that was taken out of context. The original article describing his words made it out like Miller intentionally blocked the Jeep in.

I mean, the original al.com article definitely made it out like Brandon intentionally blocked in the Jeep when the reality is the Jeep wasn't even there when he got there.

Where was the Jeep when he got there?
In another thread, you said the victim’s boyfriend drove looking for Miles and Harris. So I assume you know where the Jeep was.

It will all come out at the trial, which will be in about 18-24 months, the Bama Admin is basically willing to bet by then no one will care anymore. I think they were obviously caught off guard that the cop dropped Millers name and that the text message was made public. I think they new it happened but thought it wouldn’t come out til Miller was in the NBA.
