A misdemeanor gun charge against LSU wide receiver Malik Nabers was dropped after his arrest on Bourbon Street in New Orleans.

Prosecutors dropped the charge on Mardi Gras, on the condition that the weapon, which police seized a day earlier, not be returned to Nabers, according to Orleans Parish Magistrate Court records.

This young man carried a gun without apermit in a crowd. He broke the law, unlike Miller. What will LSU do???

Should be at least a game suspension.

Will be interesting to see how Brian Kelly handles his first legal problem at LSU.

Hopefully it's better than the shitastic bumble going down in Tuscaloosa.

Not sure, but as long as a pregnant woman wasn’t murdered with his gun, these two situations aren’t even close to being morally equivalent.

Brian Kelly should have to answer to this first thing tomorrow. If immediate action isn't taken to suspend Nabers forthwith, Kelly needs to be terminated posthaste.

He will definitely be disciplined more that the accessory to murder basketball player you’re clearly trying to pathetically deflect from.

Granted, that bar won’t be very high cause y’all didn’t even make that dude run extra laps from bringing his teammate a murder weapon.

Nice try though clown

Hopefully he won't be playing in games while his coach does the wrong place / wrong time routine

a few Gumps are freaking out I see…just as Tuscaloosa mentioned.

BTW, you’re stretching here with the comparison.

One event no one died. In the other, someone did.

Interesting take considering Miller was transporting a gun not registered to him that was eventually involved in a murder that same night, but I’m sure that’s not a crime in Alabama.
