Doorbell Camera footage corroborates statement that Miller was on the way prior to text

Statement from Miles’ attorney. The text that informed Miller of the firearm was sent at 1:38am
7 minutes later, shots were fired
Doorbell Camera Footage. TimeStamp: 1:45am
Do with it what you will. But Miller was either in the car when the text was sent or very close to where the incident ultimately occurred. Both equally plausible

Still can’t believe he spelled it out with the hard R. He must have been really upset. My great grandpa was the same way.

Whoa! This is even worse than I thought. He told Miller he needed his gun because of a situation and Miller brought it to him, obviously for potential use. Miller should clearly be charged, but I guess the DA wanted his testimony more.

I mean who hasn’t dropped off a gun in the middle of the night that’s used in a murder 10 minutes later.

He had to cut a deal with the DA. Give up the shooter and he gets to walk away. He will get passed over in the draft but be able to walk away.

It’s pretty simple. If he knew he was going to an altercation, he should have been at least suspended
If he didn’t, then he didn’t really do anything wrong

For the record, urban dictionary basically defines "fakin" as the OPPOSITE of feeling threatened. If a short chubby guy with a neck beard was trying to act like he could beat up some 6'5" 250lb boxer and was talking shite to the boxer all night, you'd describe that little guy as "fakin". It's basically bluffing, or trying to act hard in front of others

What does it matter? When he got the text he had to know why Miles wanted a damn gun. It wasn’t to,shoot at pigeons

There was footage of the incident and multiple eyewitnesses, including the ones getting shot at in the Jeep. Miller didn't have to "give up" anyone.

Because his level of knowledge of the altercation is like 99% of the equation. It’s at least somewhat plausible that he didn’t see the text prior to arriving

According to Alabama fans this must be a pretty normal occurrence

He didn’t see the text he responded to? For fricks sake this is getting ridiculous.

So at MOST, Miller had 7 minutes to think about what to do. Obviously he didn’t have all 7 of those minutes. From the second he read that text to when he pulled up is probably around 180 seconds. And that ls IF he really read the text.
He was already on his way to pick up Miles.
The narrative that y’all ran with at first has been blown out of the water at this point. Can we at least start there?

After reading that I just realized I'm really old.

No official testimony has been released saying that this was the case.
