That’s a bit too definitive. “The man apparently will not be charged with breaking any laws” is more accurate.

I think the issue is while that was Miller’s car he wasn’t at the scene when it happened correct?

If he was in the car, I’d be asking why TPD didn’t charge him as an accomplice.

According to today's reports, Miller was driving his car and was there when the shooting happened. Miles asked him to bring the gun.

It’s not 100% clear. Sounds like Miller brought the gun to the scene and it was retrieved from his car, then Millers car was, at least at some point prior to the shooting, blocking in the victims car. Miles and his buddy apparently then fled in Miles’s car after his buddy shot into the victim’s jeep.

This is based on little tidbits of info that are getting released, so I would keep an open mind about these allegations as more info is learned.

Ummm. okay.

Good luck to him. Superior talent that made a superior error in moral conduct and decision making.

The site is out for blood - just like the parasites they are. When the horrible occurrence first occurred, the same pieces of shite that are posting now, did the same thing then - or worse. They could care less about the families involved.

It’s the same ones who want Tua to be hurt beyond repair.

All so they can put their fake shite out there into the world - and it’s as sickening as always.

The DA would be charging him if there was anything to charge him for, but there's not. I'm sorry this hurts your feels because you want Daddy in trouble, but it's the facts.

So your position is that DAs always charge when there is evidence of involvement in a crime? No one has ever received preferential treatment from a DA? DAs have never used prosecutorial discretion to avoid charges where charges could easily be brought?

If that's what is happening then it's on you to prove your speculation. Until then it's pure nonsense. There was a crime, an investigation, video evidnence, and eyewitness testimony, but no charges on Miller. Again, I'm sorry it upsets you that an innocent man isn't being charged with a crime he didn't commit, but maybe you'll get over it one day.

I guess not, but there must be some fricked up laws in Alabama if delivering a murder weapon and blocking in a car so that said person can be murderered isn’t a crime.

Regardless, it’s public now and Bama will have to fold to outside pressure. Miller will be suspended and Oats will be very lucky if he keeps his job. The AD too

We are talking about one of Oat’s players. Not Saban.
Pay attention.
