If so, I do appreciate that. He sucks and has sucked for a long time

He is the classic captive Arkansas media head. In that way he's sort of irreplaceable. If Wally Hall raises even the slightest hint of disagreement with someone than that person is on their way out the door because Hall doesn't write anything that would ruffle feathers.

Other than that he's as useless as teats on a boar hog and about as appealing.

Never forget that Wally Hall got son'd by Nutt in 2007 when he called into The Buzz when Wally was on and took him to task on a recent column.

If a dumbass like Houston F-ing Nutt is owning you in an argument, you have a room temperature IQ and need to pick another profession.

Which is why I said he makes the perfect canary in the coal mine. If Wally Hall suddenly discovers balls and starts making comments than rest assured its a done deal. He's about as independent as a dog that shows its belly and pees as soon as it sees its master.
