Your QB spent christmas break wearing a sports bra?
Catapult is a GPS monitoring system used to track athletes during practices, games and conditioning sessions. Tracking is conducted from a small unit worn in a vest or pouch connected to student-athlete's shoulder pads. Total distance, high speed distance, max velocity and player load are all tracked

ETA: killing mountain lions isn't trophy hunting. It's a necessary population control method.
I agree. Anyone can stand on a tofu soapbox whining about how brutal it is and how anyone killing these things legally is a monster, but those people would quickly change their minds if they had to deal with a mountain lion dragging their kids off to eat them because their population isn’t controlled. They are beautiful creatures who have a very important place in our wildernesses, and I am glad they are a healthy population. But also, these aren’t housecats-they’re apex predators. And if they get hungry enough, they will eat you, your kids, your dog and cat etc…

I don’t think anyone is asserting that he went to Africa and killed an African panther.

That's neither a vest nor shoulder pads. That's a sports bra.

Mountain lions have attacked humans before including children. It is fairly rare but it happens.
It becomes more common as humans expand their presence into their habitat and would be even more common if the population of mountain lions weren’t kept in check. See they’re more likely to attack if they’re hungry. Bigger population means less available food

That's a beautiful animal. Why kill it? If it was killing livestock, have it trapped, and taken out of the area. Don't kill something you're not going to eat.

Do you realize how difficult it is to trap a very specific animal and the cost to remove it to another location?
What should I do about the cormorants and pelicans that eat the catfish on my farm? I have a permit to kill them. Can’t trap and remove those. Should I let them eat and put me out of business?

People are generally so wrapped around their emotions that it ultimately leads them to saying stupid shite.

People complaining about trophy or sport hunting, what have you done for wildlife?
Hunting licenses and the tax on guns & ammunition (Pittman-Robertson Act) pays for everything and not just game species. Non-game species benefit from habitat expansion as well. Not to mention the economic benefit to small cities and towns during hunting season.
You wanna cry for the little deer and mountain lions?
You wanna help the little deer and mountain lions?
Buy a hunting/fishing license. Hunters pay for almost all of it.
BTW - the mountain lion population, like other big game, is controlled according to the landmass resources available. If the Dept of Wildlife says "X" number of mountain lions can be supported by an area and the excess has to go, either people pay money for tags to harvest them or the state has to pay somebody else to remove them. Same for deer and everything else.
Tennessee Wildlife Resources has admitted that mountain lion/cougars have now returned to Tennessee as evidenced by MULTIPLE trail cameras.

I suspect the ones that object are the same ones who say you should buy meat at the local Kroger/grocery store where no animals are harmed in its manufacture.
