I wouldn't say that Georgia "owns" Alabama but they're definitely the better overall program right now and the prognosis looks good for that to continue going forward.

Based on what, exactly? Alabama is still outrecruiting them, Georgia just lost mr. Stetson douche canoe Bennet. Alabama just took their DC. Alabama has a better offensive scheme. Alabama is 2-1 in the last 3 seasons vs Georgia.
I'm taking Bama over Georgia next year

I don’t care so much about losing to the GOAT. We have 2 national championships in 2 seasons. Feeling good.

Depending on QB play from both teams this is probably a safe bet. I have been following UGA football since 1973 and have spent an embarrassingly large sum of money in that time following the Dawgs and I'm about as big a UGA fan as UGA fans get BUT the demise of Nick Saban and the current Alabama dynasty has been vastly over stated. UGA is in as good a position as we have ever been and in as good a position as any program in CFB including Alabama but dismissing Alabama based on 2022 is a bit premature. Alabama has the #1 recruiting class in the nation for what, about 4 of the last 6 cycles or so? UGA is right there with them and may indeed enjoy a younger coaching staff with more fire in their belly to do the little things that make a difference in a 12 game season but UGA is a shanked FG away from being 14-1 and probably 3rd or 4th in the nation this year and Alabama is a shanked FG away from having been SEC west champs and possibly a playoff team this year. What is UGA has done is nothing short of amazing but dismissing Nick Saban and Alabama is a fools errand.....I hope the predictions of their demise is accurate and they turn into a 8 or 9 game a year winner for the next 150 years but it ain't likely.

It seems very fragile. One or two players go down your offense is nonexistent according to Bama fans. I would want my O to be more well-rounded.
