So, UGA loses their star QB (Bennett) and star D player (Jalen Carter). Bama loses their star QB (Young) and D player (Anderson). Some Bama fans told me that UGA is bound to take a step back losing that kind of talent, but Bama will be improved and probably get back to the SECCG and "re-claim the crown."
Not trying to start a war of words here, but uh...Bama didn't win anything WITH Young and Anderson and they were dang great players. What makes you Bama fans think they'll win anything without them?

UGA certainly has a much easier path than Bama.

16 years with Nick Saban on the sideline.

Bama has been the most dominant team in the sport in the last 10+ years and second place isn't close. And they just pulled in another #1 ranked recruiting class.

I think Bama will be just fine next year, unfortunately.

The SEC is a tough neighborhood, so it's not going to be easy to win the conference no matter who you are, but Bama will be favored to make it to Atlanta. Again.

Bama has been replacing great players for 15 years and being right back in the hunt pretty much every year. Figure it will be similar next year. I guess it’s still new for Georgia but when you have the right culture, good coaching and elite recruiting classes more likely than not you are going to be a contender nearly every year despite the turnover. Smart has Georgia in this cycle now so you will see.

Georgia is the king now. Most Alabama fans realize this. We just have the confidence that Alabama can reclaim the throne. And we apologize for nothing . Have fun in 2023 dogs

UGA has an easy schedule next year and Saban is GOAT. They will always be in the hunt. Both teams will be excellent

Bama is going to be dangerous next season and Nick Saban was visibly pissed off by the Pollack comment on national television.

Two really good teams with QB ???. Also, on paper UGA has a cake schedule and should be relatively unchallenged before the SECCG unless Tennessee reloads rather than rebuilds. That's not a good thing, though and I can see a repeat of the 2021 SECCG happening

This is a terrible question. Nick Saban is the answer.

You think his drive/fuel/determination/workaholism wasn't bad already? Pollack verbally pantsed the man on live television when he said UGA has taken over CFB (which objectively is not wrong).

That exchange is going to burn Saban like a hot coal up against his skin every moment between now and when toe meets leather in Week 1. That salty curmudgeon is going to whip his team into form in 2023 if it kills all of them.

At times they were great. Nobody is ever gonna confuse will Anderson with Donta Hightower, Jonathan Allen, Brandon deaderick or marcel dareus.

And Bama won titles with Jake Coker and Greg McElroy and went back to back with AJ McCarron so…

They won the SEC last year by beating Georgia soundly in the SEC championship game. I mean, that is something.
