The haters a gonna hate, but the numbers don't lie. In the end, it doesn't matter how many stars you have beside your name, it's getting it done on the field that counts. And Stetson has proven that he can get it done...time after time.

He’s a mid to late round draft pick sorry he’s not elite. He’s surrounded by talent.

Nothing more.

His achievements and statistics vs not just all, but "elite" competition and big game situations is legit as frick.

He is a flat fricking dog and top dog on a team loaded with alphas.

Kudos to him.

When the play has to be made, SBIV makes it. Bryce Young does not. CJ Stroud does not. Caleb Williams does not.

Meh. He won’t be a starting NFL QB. He’s just a little guy.

If he guides an NFL team to a Superbowl, I will become a believer.

He will be lucky to have an AJ McCarron-type career (minus the hot wife).

Stetson Bennett ended up being a better web than anyone thought he’d be(uga fans included) he’s really good but elite college qbs go in the first rd. We’ll see where this new age ken Dorsey lands(Dorsey played close to ten years in the league he was just highly doubted and people chalked most of his success up to the talent around him)

190+ QB efficiency rating against AP rated teams in 2022.

cfbstats.com

That is just stupid good.

And to do that with "the worst wide receiver room" in the college football playoffs. Lol

His Oline was amazing.....

I wish him well....maybe he should chat with Burrow about the pass rush at the next level.

He is an elite college QB that doesn’t have the skill set to be elite at the next level. What he did was amazing. If I was him I’d take my Covid year and come back to UGA and try to win another one.

Everyone doesn’t think he has the skill set to be successful in the NFL. I don’t think skill set matters as much as people think it does. It is the ability to process information and make decisions that matters the most. We will find out if he can do that at an NFL level. There have been good short quarterbacks (Flutie). And good quarterbacks with noodle arms (Manning at the end of his career). I’m not going to say he won’t be successful in the NFL. Greater chance that he won’t be, but there is a chance he will succeed. He certainly made plays when needed in college.

He had a great career at UGA but his talent won’t transfer to the NFL.

What's funny is that a lot of the experts have Anthony Richardson as a top ten pick and Stetson Bennett as a 6th rounder or UFA. If you had the UGA team and could pick AR or SB to qb it, who would you chose?
