It seemed like the tranfers really culled the herd and left us with the best personnel we've had all year - especially at WR.

The guys that transferred were just taking up valuable space, and getting in the way.

Playing the freshmen more didn’t need Earle, Holden, and others out of the picture to happen. I imagine practice did them some good though.

Yes the loyalty program has to stop. 11 Shouldve never been on the field at all. Ty Simpson should be getting the back up snaps not Milroe.

Absolutely agree. If you want to show thanks for loyalty, put them in during a blowout instead of keeping the starters in too long

My one criticism of Saban is wanting until 3:00 on the clock to put guys in or not playing them at all. Seems young guys would get discouraged.

Of all the things we bitch about as fans, I feel this argument has the most merit.

I have no idea Saban's rationale, but have always blamed it on his NFL mindset. I really wish he would do a better job of playing skill position players earlier in games. Especially later in the season.

No excuse for Miller not to be in that game way sooner. The guy runs like a wild boar with it’s arse on fire.

We rotated 3 RBs and 7 WRs for much of the season.

Yeah we rotated too many WRs this year.

We need to select the best 3 and go with it.

The point is that Saban needs to pull the starters earlier and more often - especially in obvious blowouts.

I tend to agree. I also wish that we had gotten Jamarion Miller and Ty Simpson more PT. Those are two of my favorite players from last year's class.

The revivers on the field yesterday were the same ones that played all year. The OL minus Cohen rotating was the same.

Well Holden, Earle, and Leary got 0 snaps so it was not really the same rotations. The freshmen definitely got more opportunities down the stretch but they got even more in the bowl game.

This is so lame. People are getting paid millions of dollars to not let this happen but some fans will find any excuse not to point the smallest of fingers at Saban and Co. If the guys playing yesterday were so much better then who has to answer for lesser players getting all the playing time all year?

42-13 in 4th quarter Bryce has no business on the field. Simply for his safety. I could be wrong but didnt Cyrus K. and Jalston Fowler get hurt in games they should have not been in?
