This is what matters. And we're 22-14-3. Keep trying to play with numbers to inflate your lesser program.

Yet it is Ohio State that claims the 61 title and 70 title in their official records

Ohio State's 61 was by Football Writers

1970 was by National Football Foundation

Since WWII Alabama only claims the NC won by the standard polls (AP, UPI, BCS, CFP, etc.)

Computer got it right. The Bama team that “shouldn’t have been there” kept the #1 team crossing the 50.

All-Americans

Please provide a link here for this data.

As of 2021, the University of Alabama had produced the most unanimous All-Americans of any program with 40.

Now the AP was the only group to start selecting in 1925. The other main groups started 1945 and later.

Even if you count the 3 players for OSU before 1925, OSU would have what now depending on the group this year 71 players where Alabama now has 79 different players that have been selected for the honor.

Now I know your rebuttal will include players RECEIVING the title multiple years to put OSU ahead so lets look at those numbers counting 1925 and up.

OSU would be for a total of 67 players for 86 selections since 1925

Alabama would be for a total of 79 players for 85 Selections.

My guess is you will now come back with some deflection or cute phrase to avoid the facts.

So predictable with cornered has to deflect.

Again I asked you to provide a link for your info but now we know you can not. Actually I have never seen you provide a link for any of your claims so maybe you just value your opinion over facts.

And since you asked I used www.sports-reference.com

Lets see how long it takes for a cute teenage response to deflect once again

You actually included wins by teams when they weren’t even in the Big 10. Good grief you’re stupid AF.

You notice she can provide no data to support her claims/opinions. Just like any teen age kid she states her opinion than when asked to support/prove it she begins to deflect and gets angry.

She will be a perfect adult OSU fan when she grows up.

www.sports-reference.com

What is that or are you unable to use links. Probably the answer is yes since you have yet to ever provide one.

That's an example of tOSU being the "bigger" brand. This debate centers around "prestigious", which is clearly Alabama at this point in history.

Exactly

Let’s be real

Outside of bear Bryant and Saban, Bama has not been special

Fortunately they both had long runs

But minus them Bama as a brand is mid grade

Most of the country thinks that the state of Alabama is a backwater, backwards joke.

Ohio is much more respected.

The Bama brand is only strong because Saban’s run

Once he’s gone Bama will be a NASCAR state primarily as football will fall into the background with Bama miring back into mediocrity

Maybe freeze can keep Auburn relevant however

But bama’s brand got outmuscled by The Ohio State and it’s why the Gumps are scared of Texas which is a MUCH stronger blue blood brand
