After the disaster he inherited, that is amazing.
Much more impressive than Saban going 6-6 his first season at Bama and Kirby taking a 10 win Richt team and only getting 8 wins his first year

Your youth is showing. The Bama team they Saban inherited wouldn’t even sniff the depth chart on this 2022 LSU team outside of 1 or 2 guys on each side of the ball.

Not sure about being scared. No doubt Kelly came in and righted the ship and got everyone on the same page. No denying LSU exceeded expectations and had a very good year and some quality wins.

No doubt but idiots on this board will not admit this. They don’t realize how much of a shite job Saban and Smart did in their first years at Bama and GA. Kelly is in the SEC championship his first year.
