So LSU getting embarrassed bumps us up from the Orange (probably still against Clemson) to the Sugar against KSU. And UT gets a New Years Six bowl.

Call me crazy but I like our chances in the first round of the playoff almost as much as I do our chances in New Orleans minus out-outs going against a motivated KSU.

KSU has a running QB. That doesn't bode well for us.

If we're playing in the Sugar Bowl I'd rather play Tulane.

It'd be cool to take on another founding member of the SEC in a bowl game.

ETA: Tulane beat Kansas State earlier this season FWIW.

That and we haven’t done well in non-playoff Sugar Bowls under Saban (Utah and Oklahoma).

You guys are sackless sometimes. We would obliterate KSU. Their running QB is half as fast as the Auburn kid or LSU QB. We lost two games, two! On last second plays. We aren’t world beaters but we are a good damn team.

It doesn’t matter. With Golding we would be poorly prepared if we played a peewee team running the Notre Dame box.

What's weird is I saw a bunch of guys in orange suits with "Orange Bowl Committee" tags walking around campus yesterday. I was like why the frick are they here when nothing is set in stone yet? Or is this normal for bowl reps to attend the final game of the regular season?

Well Infantryman, it’s normal. I’ve seen bowl reps are a lot of different games over the years.

But we also came close to losing 2 as well - one against a team that Kansas lost to by a TD.

Exactly. I mean even with bad coaching on both sides of the ball we are that resilient as a team and these people can't see that and can't give credit for it.

Man when Saban goes they may just stop supporting the team

That was my first time ever seeing it, believe it or not.

They float around. One year I saw citrus, sugar, and peach all hanging out together. No idea why? Maybe just in town and said let’s go to the game.

Because I have no idea what Bama team or what coaching scheme is gonna show up for us, I have no confidence we are gonna beat anyone. I am all 'wait-and-see' mentality this year. I just want as easy a team as possible to close this season out on and start firing people. And if Saban keeps either of these coordinators, he can kiss any future national titles goodbye.

Agree with Boz. I’d rather KState than Tulane. Only bad things can happen against a Tulane team.

I would basically wish for any bowl game besides the sugar. New Orleans is such a shite hole

I'm still staying with my Orange Bowl prediction

Sugar Bowl will probably look at LSU because they play in the Championship game.
