You cant fire your coach because youre poor.
You cant even pay your freshmen because youre poor. Thats why they are openly telling recruits to go elsewhere.

I’ll play. You’ll take an LSU coach. Middle around for 5 years (peak 9-3), and we will find a new guy and contend for the playoff in that same amount of time. You keep thinking resources and money will save you from the hell you experience

This is a lie. A&M can’t afford to fire Fisher, let alone hire Kelly.
But just for discussion purposes Kelly there would be an 8-4 type coach at mediocre A&m and somebody else would be competing for Championship at Powerhouse LSU.
Nobody is bigger than LSU. At A&M the purchased players are bigger than that mediocre program and the results speak for themselves.

Yall are going to pay a quarter billion dollars to get rid of Jimbo and bring in Kelly? I'd probably bring in some top notch coordinators, tell Jimbo that he can just work remotely, and buy like 5 consecutive #1 recruiting classes for $250MM instead. You'd still have like half left over for some big facility upgrades
