No, y’all have 11 million in the nil fund y’all weren’t willing to spend on Harsin. Y’all didn’t raise that in two days.

Auburn raised their collective NIL to $11m. They did not add $13m.

That $11M number is what Auburn raised in one month.

Auburn doesn’t need Cohen to raise NIL funds, they have that well under control.

Seems like the NIL collective didn't like him.

We don't want to list specific dollar amounts because schools may try to use that. 'Well, Ole Miss only raised $5 million. We raised $2o million, so why would you want to go there.' We don't ever want to have that used against us in any form or fashion, so we'll probably keep those numbers confidential in terms of dollar figures.

Or maybe just the Mississippi schools are poor.

Ole Miss won’t even release how much they have raised, and there is only one reason why they wouldn’t.

If you release how much you have that’s like telling your hand before a flop in a poker hand. Why do you think auburn is the only school that has said something? Because they need a reason for a coach to come thdre

And over half that amount is just pledged money, not actually donated.

He didn't at all, this, among many other reasons is why State fans are beyond enthused to see him go. We've tried to tell Auburn fans he was pushed out.

They'll learn in time. Just like A&M has with Ross Bjork.

Lol no. You already had $13MM. You haven’t raised $13MM since Monday. Where do you idiots come from?

You had $10MM already in September. Since September you’ve raised an additional 3. The $13MM was referenced in this article the day Harsin was fired.

quote:

Sources confirmed to On3’s Auburn Live in September that On To Victory, the school’s primary NIL collective, raised more than $10 million in the first month of its 30 in 3 campaign. That number has reportedly ballooned to around $13 million.

I'm all for kicking him in the arse on the way out the door, but he wasn't pushed out, at least not by the administration.

What's more likely is he saw the Leach tenure not going as well as he had hoped, and he wisely realized Keenum wasn't going to let him make a 3rd football hire in 2024.

While the OP didn’t say this, I’m assuming one of the points he was getting at was that Cohen cowardly took a shot at State upon his departure by quoting shitty NIL at state being one of the reasons he departed to Auburn.

But the truth of the matter is that he never made any steps to fund raise for State’s NIL. Made very little effort on that from at all tbh.

So basically he looks like a hypocrite and a liar
